Groupama Stadium

Groupama Stadium, located in Décines-Charpieu in the greater Lyon area, has been Olympique Lyonnais's home ground since 2016. Designed by the architectural firm Populous, it holds 59,186 spectators, making it the third-largest stadium in France. Built as a multi-purpose venue, it hosts OL matches, international competitions, and concerts.

The stadium is part of the OL Vallée complex, a leisure and commercial park that draws around 2 million visitors a year. The facility includes 105 private boxes and several VIP lounges, along with spaces for corporate events and matchday hospitality.

Since opening, Groupama Stadium has hosted several major events: UEFA Euro 2016 matches, the 2018 Europa League final, the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup final, and matches from the 2023 Rugby World Cup.

On non-matchdays, the stadium is open to the public through guided tours. These run in French, with some sessions available in English. Stadium Tours are generally scheduled on Wednesdays, weekends, and during school holidays.

Visitors can access the VIP lounges, press room, mixed zone, dressing rooms, players' tunnel, and pitchside area. Tours last between 45 minutes and 1 hour 45 minutes depending on the package chosen. Prices typically range from around €20 for the shorter options to nearly €40 for VIP tours.

The visit can be extended with a stop at OL Le Musée, a 1,300 m² museum spread across two floors. The permanent exhibition covers over 70 years of Olympique Lyonnais history through trophies, shirts, archive material, and interactive displays dedicated to the club's major moments.
