About the stadium
The ground sits just north of the city centre, about a twenty-minute walk away, and has been home to Málaga football for more than 80 years. It has hosted La Liga, Copa del Rey and Champions League matches, as well as three games at the 1982 World Cup, played by Scotland, New Zealand and the USSR.
The stadium has four stands: Fondo Sur (where the kop's atmosphere comes from), Fondo Norte, Tribuna and Preferencia. There is also an official club shop on the south side.
La Rosaleda also offers a museum and a guided tour that takes in the VIP area, the press room, the players' tunnel, the dugouts and the pitch. The route covers more than 100 years of Málaga football through trophies, memorabilia and club archives.
The stadium is at the centre of a redevelopment project tied to the 2030 World Cup. Capacity is set to grow to around 45,000, with a third tier added, a roof covering all the stands and a modernised façade.

Good stadium tour lasting about 30 minutes with a guide. You get to see the VIP stands, players bench, press room, visitor locker rooms, the pitch, and a small museum with trophies and historic jerseys. A great experience for football fans.
Good venue and reasonable prices. Interesting to see a different view of a match compared to at home.
Had a brilliant experience visiting the home of Málaga CF with my 11 year old son. Incredible stadium with super passionate fans. The level of noise and atmosphere was right up there with anywhere I've been. The ticket buying process was fairly easy via the internet. I got great seats for around £40 each which although not cheap was well worth it. I hope that a club with this talent and fan base goes back to La Liga as soon as possible. I would love to come back in the future.
A great stadium tour with a well-organized museum showcasing Málaga CF’s history, trophies, and legends. Walking through the tunnel and dressing areas feels special. A must-visit for football fans
No ale and facilities inside the ground basic but surrounding kiosks good to soak up the atmosphere. And inside generates great atmosphere. Seats in block 402. Superb view. Brilliant result agaisnt Almeria helped.
Brought my son here for a tour around the ground. The staff at the stadium at the ticket office, the club shop and the tour giude were great, really friendly and interactive! The tour itself was great, got to see in the trophy room, players entrance (where they played crowd sounds for authenticity), away locker room, directors box to name a few places. We had photos pitch side and in the dug out too. Really enjoyed it and would highly recommend. Thank you!
