The Tour Bernabéu is an absolutely incredible experience and a must-do for anyone visiting Madrid, especially for football fans. From the very beginning, everything is perfectly organized and highly professional. The tour gives you a unique behind-the-scenes look at one of the most iconic stadiums in the world. Walking through the stands, visiting the dressing rooms, and seeing the trophies up close is truly unforgettable. The history and prestige of the club can be felt everywhere. The facilities are modern, clean, and very well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit. The views inside the stadium are breathtaking, making it a perfect place for photos. Overall, it’s a fantastic, memorable experience that I would highly recommend to everyone. My Son (super football fan) and I attend. Overall it was very good. Well organized and a good mixture of the history of the club and the ability to see all the parts of the stadium. If you have mobility issues this tour would be hard. The tour is self paced but plan to spend about 2 hours.

We had watched the match – a 4-1 victory – and afterwards we went to the museum. I did it mainly for my son, to see what a beautiful museum and tour it is. The route is very clear; you can’t get lost, you just follow the path. That was super convenient for me because I hate it when you’re not sure where to go. It’s really a proper tour, just as it says. Perfect. We saw all the trophies, lots of balloons, beautiful photos. You can even go on the pitch or next to it, though only on the lower level. The locker rooms too. In short, everything they promise, you get. Definitely worth five stars.

Frankly, I haven't done a lot of stadiums tours as of February 2026 to compare, but I loved this one. While you do have an option for a guided tour, I opted for the cheaper self-guided tour and it didn't disappoint. Book the tickets early so you don't have to wait in a queue and arrive punctuallly at the right time. Spare at least an hour and a half to complete the tour which ends in the Real Madrid official store. It's well directed and the perfectly placed placards help you navigate the entire tour on your own. As of February 2026, it takes you through a string of rooms showing the history of the football club, it's trophy laden rooms, booths dedicated to outstanding players, dressing room, multiple views of the stadium from different sections, and the dugouts. Interactive tables help you see archived photos and videos and you will see the rich history of the club's football and basketball teams. There is also a photo booth section where you can pose with the UCL trophy and a digital rendering of you with a player of your choice, but it's paid and you can pay for it at the end of the tour at the store. As is with official stores, the memorablia is expensive, be it jerseys or merchandises, but if you are a fan of the club, I guess the price would not be an issue. There are several premium options as well which include guided tours and interactive games. Note: Expect massive crowd on a match week and as mentioned on the website, some of the offerings might not be available on the day Real Madrid is playing a match at the stadium, so be mindful and wary of that.

The tour is a must for everyone visiting this beautiful city! The tour is expensive but it really shows you around the stadium and most importantly the history of this legendary club! You’ll most probably spend 2 hours in the tour + an additional 1-2 in the store/restaurants which are located inside the Stadium. -1 star because the football field was in construction and it was not mentioned anywhere. A brilliant stadium to visit. Probably the best in Europe right now. Be prepared for it to be very busy. The tour is self guided and despite the 15 minute timed ticket intervals there can be some bottlenecks. I felt a bit short changed when I saw the pitch had been removed, which they do regularly apparently. It’s a feature of the stadium, but what’s a stadium without grass?
