About the stadium
With a current capacity of around 40,000, the stadium is not among the largest in the country, but it remains one of the most recognisable. From the FA Cup finals of the 1920s to modern European nights, Stamford Bridge has seen the greats pass through, from Lampard and Drogba to Zola and Terry. With stands set close to the pitch, it has the feel of a traditional English ground.
The stadium has four main stands: the Matthew Harding Stand (north), the Shed End (south), the large, modern West Stand, and the historic East Stand. Next door, the "Chelsea Village" complex brings together hotels, restaurants and the Chelsea Megastore. The club museum traces more than a century of success, including the two Champions League titles (2012 and 2021).
Visitors can go behind the scenes on the Stadium Tour, one of the most popular in London: dressing rooms, the players' tunnel, the press room, the substitutes' bench and pitchside, a rare look at daily life with the Blues.
Easily reached by Tube via Fulham Broadway (District Line), Stamford Bridge is a must for any football fan, whether to watch a Premier League match or simply to visit one of the great venues of European sport.

Great day out, kids enjoyed the visit, excellent staffs, plenty of the photo opportunities, it's shame we are not allowed to take photos with the trophies, highly recommend
It was a fantastic experience. The only thing that i didn't see was the place with the memorabilia. The tour guy was very polite and the boutique was super.
Myself and my husband took our son today for his 8th birthday to the stadium tour. He loved every minute of it! Amanda and Michael who took our tour were amazing and even had everyone sing happy birthday to our boy on the tour. The lady at the front desk who gave us our tickets and the gentleman at the penalty shootout at the museum were also amazing! It felt like they just went that extra mile for our son’s birthday today. Everyone was so happy and cheerful which I find can be rare sometimes! We all thoroughly enjoyed it, Thankyou so much to everyone! And I’m sure we will be back.
Great tour of the stadium with Billy & Michael. Very informative & interesting. Great to see the home of the team I have supported for 56yrs. Museum was brilliant. Had loads of memorabilia & great to see all the stars past & present. Great couple of hours spent there.
As a longtime Chelsea fan it was great to be back at the Bridge We had an great tour. Our guide Jordan was excellent. We will be back.
Had such a great tour of the Chelsea Stadium. We had photos taken with the trophies, visited the museum played the goalie challenge and had a good walk around the Stadium. We got a sneaky peak at behind the scenes of the dugout and changing rooms. My husband and I enjoyed it tremendously. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the young chap who was our guide. He was funny and engaging, full of interesting facts I am not even a big fan of football but highly recommend it for a family trip!
What a great experience! I’ve been a massive Chelsea since I was a kid and it didn’t disappoint. My tour guide was Eric and he was a top man ! Can’t fault it at all. Any 1 star reviews are from spurs fans !
This tour is a must-do for any soccer fan. My son had an incredible time and was blown away by the team’s success and the stadium’s amazing history.
What an experience that was!!! It was so interesting and fun! The only thing I didn’t like was that guests weren’t allowed to take photos of the trophies and cups. Tim, I think, was our tour guide and he was so funny!
