About the stadium
Its most recognizable feature is a 133-metre arch, visible for miles around. It was designed to hold up the roof without a single internal pillar, which gives an unobstructed view from every seat in the stands.
Wembley hosts England's home matches as well as the country's main domestic finals: the FA Cup, the Carabao Cup, the Community Shield and the English play-off finals. It has also staged major events such as the final of Euro 2020, the Champions League finals of 2011, 2013 and 2024, and the London Olympics in 2012.
The venue goes well beyond football, with concerts, NFL and rugby matches, and boxing bouts. Wembley hosted the Live Aid concert in 1985, along with tours by artists including Queen, Adele, Taylor Swift, Coldplay and Oasis.
The Wembley Stadium Tour takes visitors behind the scenes, including the England dressing room, the players' tunnel, the edge of the pitch and the press conference room. The Royal Box, used during official ceremonies and trophy presentations, is also part of the tour.
Guided tours last between 75 and 90 minutes. They start on level 1 of the stadium, near the Bobby Moore statue. The route is wheelchair accessible and includes several exhibits on the history of the stadium and of English football.

I had an amazing time on my tour with my guide Jason giving a lot of good information I felt like I really got the VIP experience!! Would highly recommend for any sports or music fans and try to get Jason if you can he was an excellent guide😁

An excellent school half-term visit to Wembley Stadium. My children loved it, as did I. It is a well organised and fascinating tour. My children loved being in the team changing rooms where many legends have taken their seats, the players tunnel, and of course, being pitch side. The tour guide, Matthew, was also excellent.
The Wembley Stadium Tour is definitely one of the better tours you can do of football grounds in the country. There’s so much history behind the iconic venue to learn about both before and after it was rebuilt. There are things you might not expect to see and you get access to all over the stadium to see it from angles that you might not get to see any other way, including from the Royal Box. Pitch side access gives you a manager’s eye view and enjoy time in the press box too!
I’m not even a massive football fan and I had a great time … very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide and got to go everywhere! 100% worth it
Visited with my husband and 3 yrs old son. Price was not cheap, but you get good quality in return. Francine was very friendly, she had a personal touch with self experiences, anedotes and stories about the stadium which you wont find on the internet. Stadium was surprisingly clean. :-) Francine added a good value to it. Thank you
